I would like to congratulate Don Wilcox and Robbie Stevens on their retirements. I’m sure after a month they are settled into new lifestyles. I wish both of them well in their retirements.
I thank both of them for their support when I began as a Benefit Representative. They were very knowledgeable and supportive.
I also would like to congratulate Ed Lawson, who will be appointed our next Benefit Representative. Ed served this Local Union for many years as an EAP Representative. Welcome to a new arena, Ed! I will try to give Ed the same support Don and Robbie gave me.
To our members, one Benefit Representative is being reduced. This is done to get in line with the National Agreement, even though there are many issues and concerns our members are encountering. If we are not able to answer the telephone when you call, please clearly and slowly leave your name and telephone number. Every effort will be made to return your call in a timely manner.
